General terms and conditions for accommodation

Reservations

When reserving a room at Mamica guesthouse, guests are asked for credit card information for pre-authorization purposes. No advance payment is charged when making a reservation.

Cancellation

We understand that your plans may change. For the best possible transparency regarding cancellations, please read the terms and conditions below.

  • Seven days before expected arrival

  • Cancellation of a reservation at no cost to you

  • Less than seven days from expected arrival

  • The guest will pay the total amount in case of cancellation within 7 days prior to arrival.

Check-in & Check Out

At Mamica, check-in is possible between 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM, and check-out is possible between 7:00 AM and 10:00 AM.
