General conditions
1. Reservation and payment:
When booking an appointment, the number of people is determined.
Reservation of the ceremony date is confirmed by an advance payment of €12.00 per person.
You can pay by cash or card in the restaurant from Tue-Sat between 5-9 p.m.

If the number of people decreases, the advance payment of €12.00 per person will not be refunded, and the full price of the menu will be calculated for the number of people confirmed 7 days before the ceremony.
The remaining amount is paid within 48 hours after the ceremony.
Prices are expressed in euros.
In the event of inflation exceeding 2%, we reserve the right to change the price.
By paying an advance of 100% of the food price, we guarantee the valid price on the day the contract is signed.
Also, in the event that it is impossible to obtain a certain item from the agreed menu, we reserve the right to replace that item with another item of the same price category, with prior notice to the ordering party.
2. Discounts for children:
Children up to 3 years of age without a seat . . . . free of charge
Children up to 3 years old with a high chair, but without a portion . . 50%
Children from 3 to 12 years old . . . . . . 25%
Discounts for children are not calculated at the "Open Bar".
3. Tables:
Ground floor... rectangular in shape, for 6-16 people
Floor… round shape, for 6-8 people
4. Music
The cost of music and ZAMP are not included in the price of the menu, guests are required to register with ZAMP and submit the confirmation to the restaurant manager no later than the day before the ceremony.
If the newlyweds independently organize a live band, they are responsible for the maximum permitted volume during the wedding ceremony inside the restaurant, which may not exceed 90 decibels.
A band with a "live drum" is not allowed, except in cases where the newlyweds rent all 12 rooms of Pansion Mamica. The permitted time for a band or DJ to play is from 19:00 to 03:00.
5. Homemade cakes and desserts
We allow the serving of our own cakes and tarts if they have satisfactory documentation (shipping note or invoice from the manufacturer's company, report on the microbiological integrity of the food... Bioinstitut dd).
Cream cakes and tarts are delivered to the commercial entrance of Pansion Mamice, no later than 4 hours before the event, at max. at a temperature of +4*C. (appendix HACCP - Permissible temperatures in transport...)
We reserve the right to refuse to accept a cake or cake if we determine by measuring that the food is defective, the temperature of the food is too high, or if it is not delivered to the above-mentioned pick-up location, and in this case we bear no responsibility.
We charge for the service of serving and serving them according to the price list below.
6. Other:
The restaurant's opening hours are from 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM.
Hall decoration and flowers are not included in the menu price.
The menu price includes: standard table setting (tablecloth, linen napkin in the color of your choice, place settings, menu card, card with table number and guest list)
We grant newlyweds 1 free double room to use.
Any possible material damage to the facility and equipment is the responsibility of the client, who is fully responsible for the behavior of their guests.
