1. Reservation and payment:
When booking an appointment, the number of people is determined.
The reservation of an appointment is confirmed by an advance payment of €12.00 per person.
You can pay by cash or card in the restaurant from Tue-Sat between 5-9 p.m.

If there is a reduction in the number of people, the advance payment of 12.00 euros per person will not be refunded.
The remaining amount is paid in cash upon departure from the ceremony.
Prices are expressed in euros.
In the event of inflation exceeding 2%, we reserve the right to change the price.
By paying an advance of 100% of the food price, we guarantee the valid price on the day the contract is signed.
Also, in the event that a certain item from the agreed menu cannot be purchased, we reserve the right to replace that item with another item of the same price category, with prior notice to the ordering party.
2. Discounts for children:

4. Homemade cakes and desserts
We allow the serving of our own cakes and tarts if they have satisfactory documentation (shipping note or invoice from the manufacturer's company, report on the microbiological integrity of the food... Bioinstitut dd).
Cream cakes and tarts are delivered to the commercial entrance of Pansion Mamice, no later than 4 hours before the event, at max. at a temperature of +4*C. (appendix HACCP - Permissible temperatures in transport...)
We reserve the right to refuse to accept a cake or cake if we determine by measuring that the food is defective, the temperature of the food is too high, or if it is not delivered to the above-mentioned pick-up location, and in this case we bear no responsibility.
We charge for the service of serving and serving them according to the price list below.
5. Music

The cost of live music and ZAMP during lunch/dinner is not included in the menu price.
6. Restaurant opening hours:
Saturdays: lunch 12.30-18.00 / dinner 19.00-24.00 (max. extension until 01.00)

7. Other:
Personal decoration of the space is allowed on the day of the ceremony between 8:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m.
